Hi guys!! So sorry that it has been over a week since I posted. I made this adorable card to send to my little cousin for her birthday. Actually I made this card a while back, but I refinished it. I wish that I had a picture of it before I refinished it. It looks so much better. The cupcake and all of the balloons are popped up even though you can't see it in the picture.
