Hello everyone! Can you believe that I made another video?!? Two in one week! :) Anyway, Vinyl Couture sent me some vinyl to try out, so I made a poster-board sign. And they sent me more vinyl than that, so look for more vinyl posts soon!! :) ~Emma

Episode 10 - Treat Box Tutorial

Hello everyone! Welcome back to KatelynCo! Do you remember my Retirement series? I was making gifts for the retiree. Well, my family and I were also in charge of the decorations. So, I decided to make a treat box for candy. I had made a few when I realized that a few people don't know how to make these super-cool boxes that I found on Tags, Bags, Boxes, & More cartridge. So I decided to make a video for you! Enjoy! ~Emma

I'm back!!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to KatelynCo! I got sick with the stomach flu, so I didn't have a lot of ambition to blog or craft. :) But, I made two birthday cards for today's post. Did you see my button over on the right sidebar?? -----------> I just installed it. And it's available for grabbing! :) Anyway, here are the cards.

This one is a girl's card. I used my Gypsy to weld together the shapes for the card base. I also used my Smiley Cards cartridge on my Gypsy to make the cupcake. Did you know that that cartridge is available in the Digital Cartridges section of Cricut.com? That means you can use it in the Cricut Craft Room!! Back to the card. :) I used a Pink By Design stamp to make the sentiment. The twine is from The Twinery.

This card was really simple. I just took some cardstock scraps that I had and cut them for the layers and the base. The star was cut out of the same color as the card base. I embossed it with the Reptile Cuttlebug embossing folder to give it more interest. The stamp is from Pink by Design, again. :) And last, but not least, the twine is from The Twinery. :)

I hope you enjoyed these cards, and I hope you all have a great day!! Thanks for stopping by!! ~Emma

Football Thank You Card

Welcome to KatelynCo! I created this 4"x4" thank you card using Boys Will be Boys! I really like that cartridge because it has such cute, easy-to-layer images. I used the green paper from Hobby Lobby to resemble a football field. I cut the pennant shape by hand and stamped it with TPC Studio stamps. I also used Lemondrop twine from the Twinery. I hope you've enjoyed this project, and I hope that I've inspired you today. :) ~Emma

Valentine Thank You

Hello everyone!! Welcome to KatelynCo! The reason this post didn't go up yesterday is because I was entertaining out-of-town company. Well, it's up now! :)

I made this card as a thank you note for some money that I received for Valentine's Day. And (believe it or not) I didn't use any Cricut cuts on this card. The tickets were cut from some patterned paper from Hobby Lobby. I cut the pennant shape by hand. The heart shape is from an old calendar that I have. The twine is from The Twinery. I used it to cover the buttons as well. The stamp is from Pink By Design. I hope you enjoyed this project!! ~Emma
