Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows Blog Hop winner!

Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows Blog Hop - Note Cards

Well, Good Morning everyone, and Welcome to the Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows Blog Hop!! If you just stopped by to check out my blog, be sure not to miss out on any of the inspiration or giveaways by hopping to all the blogs on the line up.

This blog hop is in celebration of my birthday with just a little twist from the regular birthday blog hop. We are being inspired by the song written by Lesley Gore. I am so excited to be hosting this blog hop, and have some VERY creative friends who will be sharing some fabulous creations! I hope that you all have a fabulous time! Please leave some Blogger Love on their designs that they have worked so hard on! :)

For my project today, I created a set of 4x4 note cards. These cards include all the elements of the song. I drew on the little faces on the cuts. For the tag that is stamped on, I used Once Upon a Princess. The rainbow and heart with wings are from Create-a-Critter. I used Maraschino twine from The Twinery to wrap across and break up the straight lines.

The sun is from Designer's Calendar. The sunglasses are cut from Create a Critter. The lollipop I created my self on my Gypsy. The bow around it is Orange Twine. The patterned paper is from Michael's.

For my giveaway, I am giving away the Cocktails stamp set from Pink by Design.This set has fruits, glasses, and even umbrellas in it. A very versatile set in other words. Happy Mother's Day! Glitzy Flower Cards

Hello everyone! Welcome back to KatelynCo! Today, as most of you already know, is Mother's Day. So I decided to make a few cards that would work for Mother's Day.

For the patterned cardstocks on these cards, I used the Lemon Flower stack from Die Cuts with a View. This stack has beautiful patterns. And some of them even have glitter. :)

The flower cuts are from the Storybook Cricut Cartridge. And the stamp is Pink By Design! :) These are beautiful cards and I love the Lemon Flower stack for its colors. It's amazing to think that I've had the stack for 5 months and only now got it out.

Now, on to my project for today!

For this card, I used the Smiley Cards digital cartridge and Create - a - Critter. I used this cute cowboy cut from Smile Cards. Inside my card, I used a sheriff's star cut from Create - a - Critter to add something to the inside.

For my patterned paper, I used a stamp that I made myself (see this video) using Create - a - Critter. I just used VersaMark ink with it to create my own patterned paper.

For my sentiments, I used Pink By Design's Vintage Greetings.

My cute fiber is just a jute type fiber to mimic rope.

This card was made for a 15-year-old, but would work perfectly for any age boy/man.
