For my project today, I created a set of 4x4 note cards. These cards include all the elements of the song. I drew on the little faces on the cuts. For the tag that is stamped on, I used Once Upon a Princess. The rainbow and heart with wings are from Create-a-Critter. I used Maraschino twine from The Twinery to wrap across and break up the straight lines.
The sun is from Designer's Calendar. The sunglasses are cut from Create a Critter. The lollipop I created my self on my Gypsy. The bow around it is Orange Twine. The patterned paper is from Michael's.

For my giveaway, I am giving away the Cocktails stamp set from Pink by Design. This set has fruits, glasses, and even umbrellas in it. A very versatile set in other words. Just leave a comment on the designer's blogs for a chance to win.You have until Thursday to comment and win! I'll announce the winner Friday! :)

Froggie Birthday Cards

Hello everyone!! Welcome back to KatelynCo! I made these cards from inspiration of Leap Day. I made the square one below first. Then yesterday I was staring at scraps on my table and made another... just a different shape. :) I think these are some of my favorite cards ever!! :)

I used George to make the cute little flowers. The frog is from Once Upon a Princess and the stamps are from Pink By Design. I also used the Cuttlebug and D'vine Swirls folder. I am really loving this color combo!! Hope you all have a great day!! ~Emma

The 8th Day of Christmas - Envelope Mini Album

Hello everyone! Sorry this post is late. I was trying to get this album done in time to share yesterday, but it wasn't quite quick enough. So today, you get 2 days in one. :) I am making three of these mini albums for the grandparents in my families. I covered all of the envelopes with the pattern paper. After making the covers with cardboard covered with paper, I took it too Office Depot to get it bound. Then the fun part - DECORATING!!! LOL! For the cover, I used Once Upon a Princess for the word 'Grandkids' and Storybook for the year.

For this page, I used Boys will be Boys for the basketball hoop. And I used Blackletter for the first time ever! I used it for the name and for the 's' on the hoop. The 's' stands for 'Spartans'. :)

This page is one of my favorites. I used Indie Art for the heart. The name is cut from Storybook. Because the top layer ripped slightly, I added silver glitter (not Stickles :D) to cover that. :)

This is my page. :) Isn't it cute. I cut the bow from Once Upon a Princess. Since I used gray for the dots, I decided to add glitter to make it look like silver. My name is cut from All Mixed Up.

This page is for an army obsessed boy. :) The tank is cut from Boys Will be Boys. The name is from the Designer's Calendar font.

This last page is also one of my favorites. I cut the butterfly from Create-a-Critter. The name is from Printing Press. I had to make sure there was room for the bird. :D

This book acts as a scrapbook, but it also acts as a photo album. What grandparents don't have tons of pictures of their grandkids, especially those little wallets. :) The envelope part of this book is to store those for each person named. I hope you enjoyed this (late) project. :D Come back soon for my guest designer Sandra! :D ~Emma

Teacup Card with a Challenge!

Hello everyone! I had the idea to use a doily in a project, so I thought that I would make a challenge out of it. Here's the challenge:

Make something that has something that you don't normally use on it.

Sounds like fun, right? Here's the video I did to go with it.

I'd love it if you posted pictures of your project on the KatelynCo facebook page (link is at the top of the blog). If you post this challenge on your blog, please leave a link for me! Thanks!

Video again! :)

I made a new video for you guys a couple of days ago, and I personally LOVE this card. I have been using Once Upon a Princess quite a bit lately. I got it for my birthday this year and didn't use it much. Now I'm using it a lot now. :) Alright, on to the video! ~Emma

Rose Birthday Card

Hello everyone! We are celebrating a birthday at my house today, so I decided to share a birthday card that I made. I used Once Upon a Princess to cut the rose. I cut the three flowers in the corner with a punch. I used the Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder to emboss the background. Pink by Design's Vintage Greetings stamp set was used to make the sentiment. I made a couple of cards this afternoon to share with you in the next couple days. I hope you liked my project today! Come back soon for more!! ~Emma

Super Cute Cupcake Card

Hi guys!! So sorry that it has been over a week since I posted. I made this adorable card to send to my little cousin for her birthday. Actually I made this card a while back, but I refinished it. I wish that I had a picture of it before I refinished it. It looks so much better. The cupcake and all of the balloons are popped up even though you can't see it in the picture. I hope you all have a great day!!

P.S. The Facebook and Picasa albums are still under construction. Thanks for your patience!! ~Emma

First Steps Layout

I made this layout over the last couple of days and I think that it turned out really well. The little butterfly in the lower right hand corner was cut using a Cricut cartridge that I got for my birthday. I doodled a little bit by the flower paper pieces. I hope you liked this project.

The Picasa web albums and the Facebook albums (on our page 'KatelynCo') are under construction at this time. Sorry about the mess. I am redoing the way my pictures are organized. Thanks for your patience!! ~Emma
